  • What types of payments do you accept?
    • We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. We are working on adding Bitpay too!
  • Can I change my order?
    • JewelryOnce submitted, orders are processed and shipped quickly so we can't guarantee any changes to your order. If you need to change your order please email us at hello@themalababe.com immediately and we'll try our very best to honor your request.
    • Printed Items (Clothing, Mugs, Posters, Bags)Every order is automatically sent to our 3rd party printing partner immediately after it is placed and it is not possible to edit or cancel the order. We do not accept returns or replacements when the customer needs a smaller or larger size. Please be sure you order the correct size according to the Size Chart included in each product's description and feel free to contact us with questions prior to ordering. If you need to change your shipping address please contact us at hello@themalababe.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    • All orders are packaged in custom The Mala Babe boxes with either tissue or crinkle paper, a printed canvas pouch, Jewelry Care & Crystal Meaning cards.
