We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in selling condition with the original tags attached and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately to receive your prepaid return label and ensure the return package is postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be shipped back in its original packaging with tracking information in a padded mailer or box. A 10% restocking fee may apply if item(s) are returned without original packaging. Refunds may be rejected if items are received damaged.

International Returns on Jewelry

The customer is solely responsible for any return customs, import duties, approved shipping costs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes paid on return shipments. Should you refuse your package, any and all charges related to the returned order will be the responsibility of the customer or party who ordered the goods and will be deducted from the customer's refund amount. The following are not refundable: any duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each item is custom printed. Every order is automatically sent to our 3rd party printing partner immediately after it is placed and it is not possible to edit or cancel the order. We do not accept returns or replacements when the customer needs a smaller or larger size. Please be sure you order the correct size according to the Size Chart included in each product's description and feel free to contact us with questions prior to ordering. If you need to change your shipping address please contact us at as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

We do our best to provide high quality, durable pieces, however please contact us at in the event any of them should ever break due to craftsmanship. We want to make sure you're 100% thrilled with your purchase and would be happy to send replacement parts or repair the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. Normal wear and tear and are not covered by this policy and any items that are not handled according to the included care instructions are also not eligible for repairs.


The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item! If your package or items arrives damaged please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged item(s). We take care in making sure that all orders are carefully packaged in a jewelry box within a rigid mailing box to prevent damage.


We will accept damaged items returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us for your prepaid shipping return label. We will ship the item(s) back to after repairs at no cost.
